Abstract
Minority equity participation operation is an important way to promote the development of PetroChina's sales business,and cooperation between sales enterprise and minority equity participation enterprise is of great significance in ensuring the smooth operation of the industrial chain and promoting the technological progress of enterprises.Under the integrated operation of wholesale and retail,the sales enterprise directly wholesales gasoline to the minority equity participation enterprise,which seems a decrease in the efficiency of the sales enterprise due to lower revenues.Through parameter setting and formula derivation,combined with sales enterprises in different regions,the paper concludes that it does not necessarily lead to a decline in efficiency.It proposes such measures to increase the overall efficiency of the enterprise under the operation of integrated operation of wholesale and retail as strengthening market research,grasping the market law,sticking to hold the market share,increasing the proportion of retailing,and innovating management means to stimulate the motivation of the staff.关键词
