大疱性类天疱疮与血管性痴呆的关系及抗体表达分析
Relationship between bullous pemphigoid and vascular dementia and analysis of antibody expression

Abstract
Objective To investigate the relationship between bullous pemphigoid(BP)and vascular dementia(VD),and antibody expression.Methods A total of 63 BP patients from January 2021 to January 2023 were included in the BP group(n=63).Additionally,83 VD patients during the same period were included in the VD group(n=83).A control group(n=90)consisted of 90 healthy individuals who underwent examinations at medical center during the same time.General patient's data and laboratory test results were collected.Fasting venous blood samples were obtained from all participants,and the concentration and presence of anti-BP180 antibodies were measured using an ELISA assay.Afterward,propensity score matching was performed to balance the three groups,and differences in the collected data were analyzed to assess the relationship between BP and VD.Results In the BP group,the rates of eosinophils(EOS)and BP180 antibody positivity were higher,while albumin levels were lower compared to the other two groups(P＜0.05).In the VD group,the BP180 antibody positivity rate and concentration were higher than those in the control group(P＜0.05).There were no significant differences in EOS and albumin levels between the VD and control groups(P＞0.05).VD patients had higher levels of triglycerides(TG),total cholesterol(TC),D-dimer,and homocysteine(Hey)com-pared to the other two groups(P＜0.05).BP patients had higher levels of D-dimer and Hcy compared to the control group(P＜0.05),but there was no significant differences in TG and TC between the BP and control groups(P＞0.05).D-dimer,Hcy,BP180 antibody concentration,and BP180 antibody positivity were identified as independent risk factors for VD(P＜0.05).BP180 antibody concentration and BP180 antibody positivity were identified as independent risk fac-tors for BP(P＜0.05).Conclusion The expression of BP180 in BP and VD patients shows similar variations,sugges-ting that BP180 may be a key factor influencing the interaction between these two conditions.关键词
