Abstract
Oil companies actively promote the integration of the oil&gas industry with digital technology,and facilitate the digital transition of upstream business through the construction of intelligent oilfields to cope with the new round of energy and technological revolution.The production command center,as an important carrier of intelligent oilfield operations,is an important part of the digital transition of upstream oil companies.This paper carries out practical research on the construction of production command centers of typical oil companies at home and abroad,analyzes the core aspects of the value realization of production command centers,summarizes the experience and insights,and designs a set of general production command center construction plans in combination with business development needs.It builds four major oil and gas production and operation centers,and matches them to realize such four specific business application scenarios as remote control,monitoring and warning,cooperative operation,and scientific decision-making in order to help to realize digital transition and high-quality development of oil and gas fields.关键词
