胃癌患者血清c-Myc和PD-L1水平与临床病理特征及预后的相关性
Correlation of c-Myc and PD-L1 levels with clinicopathological characteristics and prognosis in patients with gastric cancer

Abstract
Objective To investigate the correlation between the levels of c-Myc and programmed death ligand 1(PD-L1)in gastric cancer tissues and clinicopathological features and prognosis.Methods A total of 96 gastric cancer patients treated from August 2018 to April 2019 were enrolled as the study subjects(observation group),and 96 healthy controls were included as control group.Serum c-Myc and PD-L1 levels were measured using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).The correlation between serum c-Myc and PD-L1 expression in gastric cancer patients was analyzed using Spearman correlation analysis.The relationship between serum c-Myc and PD-L1 expression and patient prognosis was evaluated using Kaplan-Meier analysis.Cox regression analysis was conducted to identify factors in-fluencing the prognosis of gastric cancer patients.Results Compared to the control group,patients in the observation group exhibited significantly elevated serum c-Myc and PD-L1 levels(P＜0.05).Spearman correlation analysis indi-cated a positive correlation between serum c-Myc and PD-L1 expression in gastric cancer patients(r=0.431,P＜0.05).The expressions of c-Myc and PD-L1 were associated with tumor diameter,TNM stage,infiltration depth,lymph node metastasis,and differentiation grade(P＜0.05).The 3-year cumulative survival rate of gastric cancer pa-tients with low c-Myc and PD-L1 expression in tumor tissues was 88.89％(32/36)and 86.67％(26/30),respec-tively,which were significantly higher than those of patients with high c-Myc and PD-L1 expression[76.67％(46/60)and 78.79％(52/66)](P＜0.05).Multivariate Cox regression analysis revealed that c-Myc,PD-L1,and TNM stage were independent risk factors affecting the prognosis of gastric cancer patients(P＜0.05).Conclusion Serum lev-els of c-Myc and PD-L1 were elevated in gastric cancer patients,and their high expression was correlated with clinical pathological characteristics and prognosis.关键词
