The Status Quo and Suggestions on the Development of Shiitake Mushroom Industry in Kang County
摘要
Abstract
The production of Shiitake mushroom is one of the most important industries in Kang County's agricultural and rural economy.Based on field research,the industrial foundation,brand building,industrial model and technical characteristics of Shiitake mushroom in Kang County were analyzed.In view of the major issues in the development of the mushroom industry in Kang County,suggestions were put forward,including supporting leading enterprises,developing and promoting new technologies and products,carrying out geographical indication certification,and expanding the scale of forest land.关键词
