Abstract
Obstructive sleep apnea is a common disease that can lead to various complications including cardio-vascular diseases,retinopathy,etc.Over the last several decades,the diagnosis and severity assessment of sleep apnea have mainly relied on polysomnography while treatment of OSA relied on automatic continuous positive airway pressure.Several articles in this issue related to obstructive sleep apnea,which are of great value to update our knowledge in man-agement of OSA.Sleep apnea in childhood is often related to adenotonsillar hypertrophy.However,adenotonsillar operation should be done with caution because adenotonsillar hypertrophy may be related to allergies and may improve with age.关键词
