心房颤动患者疾病感知现状及影响因素分析
Analysis of disease perception status and influencing factors in patients with atrial fibrillation

Abstract
Objective To investigate the disease perception status of hospitalized patients with atrial fibrillation(AF)and to analyze its influencing factors.Methods A convenience sample of 191 hospitalized AF patients from a ter-tiary hospital in Wuhan City were selected as the study subjects.General information questionnaire,disease perception questionnaire,and family care index questionnaire were used for investigation.Multiple linear stepwise regression analysis was performed to analyze the influencing factors of disease perception.Results The total score of disease perception in 191 AF patients was(43.15±11.71)points,with scores for cognitive representation,emotional representation,and dis-ease comprehension dimensions being(24.34±8.96),(14.46±4.31),and(4.35±3.16)points,respectively.The total score of family function in AF patients was(7.27±2.38)points,with the proportion of low family care constituting 36.6％.Correlation analysis showed a significant negative correlation between the total score of disease perception and the total score of family function in AF patients(r=-0.327,P＜0.01).Multiple linear regression analysis revealed that per capita monthly household income,comorbid diabetes,comorbid digestive system diseases,severity of AF symptoms,and family care level were influencing factors of disease perception in AF patients(P＜0.05),explaining 40.9％of the total variance.Conclusion AF patients have a certain degree of negative disease perception,and the better the family func-tion of AF patients,the more positive their disease perception.Medical staff should pay attention to patients with low per capita monthly household income,comorbidities,severe AF symptoms,and low family care levels.关键词
