老年膝骨性关节炎患者治疗期望及其影响因素分析
Analysis of treatment expectation and influencing factors in elderly patients with knee osteoarthritis

Abstract
Objective To explore the therapeutic expectation and influencing factors of elderly patients with knee osteoarthritis(KOA).Methods A total of 180 elderly patients with KOA from October 2021 to December 2022 were se-lected as subjects.The expectation scale in the credibility/expectation Questionnaire(CEQ)was used to evaluate the treatment expectations,and the differences in treatment expectations among different demographic characteristics were e-valuated.Multiple linear regression was used to analyze the influencing factors of treatment expectation in elderly patients with KOA.Results The treatment expectation score of all elderly KOA patients was 16.64±3.00.Among them,pa-tients aged ≥75 years old,KOA severity level Kellgren-Lawrence(KL)of knee functional osteoarthritis severity level Ⅲ-Ⅳ,anxiety score＜8 points,pain catastrophizing score＜38 points were higher than those aged 60-75 years old,KOA severity level Ⅰ-Ⅱ,anxiety score ≥8 points and pain catastrophizing score ≥38 points.With treatment expecta-tion as dependent variable and age,anxiety,KOA severity level and pain disaster as independent variables,multiple line-ar regression was performed.The results showed that age and KOA severity level were positively correlated with treatment expectation in elderly patients with KOA(β=0.048,0.992),anxiety and pain catastrophizing were negatively correlated with treatment expectation in elderly KOA patients(β=-0.272,-0.068)(P＜0.05).Conclusion Treatment expec-tations in elderly patients with KOA were associated with age,anxiety,knee function,and pain catastrophization.关键词
