干式铁芯电抗器振动特性数值模拟及试验研究
Numerical Simulation and Experimental Research on Vibration Characteristics of Dry-type Iron-core Reactor

Abstract
Vibration is one of the key factors affecting the running status of dry-type iron-core reactor.The influences of structural components such as clamping structure and supporting pads are taken into account,and the three-dimensional transient electromagnetic-structural multi-physics simulation of 10 kV dry-type iron-core reactor based on finite element method is realized in the paper.The vibration displacement and velocity distribution of reactor under the combined influ-ences of magnetostrictive force,Maxwell force and Lorentz force are studied.The simulation results show that,under normal operating conditions,the vibration displacement and speed of the clamping structure of the dry-type iron core re-actor are significantly greater than those of other parts,especially the core screws which are used to fix the windings.Then,combined with the modal simulation analysis of the dry-type core reactor,its modal characteristics and inherent frequencies are obtained in the paper,and its vibration mechanism is further analyzed.Finally,the vibration characteristics of a 10 kV dry-type iron-core reactor are measured with a Doppler laser vibration meter.The test results show that the vi-bration frequency of the dry-type iron-core reactor is mainly 100 Hz and its multiples,the vibration response at 300 Hz is the most significant,which is relatively close to its inherent frequency,and there is a risk of resonance.At the same time,the test results are in good agreement with the simulation results,which verifies the workability and validity of the simu-lation analysis method proposed in the paper.关键词
