棉秆掺烧对燃煤锅炉燃烧特性影响的数值模拟研究
Numerical Simulation Study on Combustion Characteristics Influences When Co-Firing Cotton Stalks in Coal-Fired Boiler

Abstract
Taking the 330 MW boiler of a thermal power plant as the research object,co-firing pulverized coal and cotton stalk is studied using Fluent software.Based on its structural parameters and operation parameters,six working conditions of pure coal,various mixing ratios of biomass and various mixing models are studied.By analyzing the variation trend of velocity field,temperature field,flue gas component and NO in furnace in several working conditions,the most suitable combustion mode is determined to improve coal combustion efficiency and reduce the emission of pollutant NO.The results show that compared with pure coal combustion,the temperature in the main combustion zone of the furnace decreases after co-firing the cotton stalks,and the O2 content at the furnace outlet decreases.And the emission of NO declines with the increase of mixing ratio.In the comparison of mixing models,only firing cotton stalks in D layer is beneficial to reduce NO emission,which reduced by 15.2%compared with the mixing combustion condition.关键词
