摘要

Abstract

In view of the problems existing in the commissioning process of the natural gas ignition system of 350 MW supercritical Circulating Fluidized Bed(CFB)boiler,such as the under bed gas guns often fail to ignite,the flames blown off after ignition,the on bed ignition gas guns are hard to ignite,and the main gas guns on the bed cannot be ignited and it extinguish fire after the bed ignition gas gun exits.Through a series of means such as equipment improvement,ignition parameters adjustment,and optimization of ignition program,the on-site problems are solved,and the natural gas ignition system meets the boiler startup requirements.
