铁死亡在不同肝脏疾病的研究进展
Research progress of ferroptosis in different liver diseases
摘要
Abstract
Mortality from liver disease has long been high,making it a global health problem.Hepatocyte injury promotes the progression of various liver diseases,so understanding how hepatocytes die has become a key area of research.Ferroptosis is a newly discovered non-apoptotic form of cell death characterized by iron-dependent lipid peroxidation.Recent studies have found that ferroptosis plays an important regulatory role in the occurrence and development of many diseases,especially liver diseases.The study of ferroptosis may provide a new understanding of the pathogenesis of various liver diseases,and show the great poten-tial of targeted iron death therapy for liver diseases.In this paper,the concept and mechanism of ferroptosis were briefly reviewed,and the induction and inhibition of ferroptosis in various liver diseases were discussed.关键词
