细胞焦亡在糖尿病创面愈合中的研究进展
Research progress of pyroptosis in diabetic wound healing
摘要
Abstract
Diabetic wound is one of the common complications of diabetes.It has the characteristics of protracted and re-fractory to care.In severe cases,patients will face the risk of amputation.How to effectively manage and treat diabetic chronic re-fractory wounds has become an urgent problem to be solved.Pyroptosis is an inflammatory type of programmed cell death,usually triggered by inflammasomes.Pyroptosis-driven cell death is mainly mediated by the traditional signaling pathway induced by cas-pase-1 and the non-classical signaling pathway induced by caspase-4/5/11.Many evidences have shown that pyroptosis plays an ex-tremely important role in the healing process of diabetic wounds.This article reviews the mechanisms of pyroptosis-related signal-ing pathways and their effects on diabetic wounds in recent years,in order to guide the clinical treatment and mechanism research of diabetic refractory wounds.关键词
