疾病认知对老年高血压患者饮食依从性的影响及调节机制分析
Moderating effects of disease cognition on dietary compliance in elderly patients with hypertension

Abstract
Aim:To explore the influence of disease cognition on dietary compliance in elderly hypertensive patients,the mediating role of learning willingness and doctor-patient trust,and the moderating role of self-efficacy in the process.Methods:A total of 1 290 elderly patients with hypertension in Zhengzhou were investigated by self-designed hypertension questionnaire.Regression models were constructed using Mplus software to examine the mediating and moderating effects.Results:Disease cognition positively effected dietary compliance in elderly hypertensive patients,in which,doctor-patient trust and learning willingness played mediating roles[βdoctor-patienttrust(95%CI)= 0.127(0.041-0.213),βlearning willingness(95%CI)=0.112(0.036-0.190),P<0.05],and both mediating effect values were0.021.In addition,sense of self-ef-ficacy could moderate the effect of disease cognition on dietary compliance in elderly patients with hypertension[β(95%CI)= 0.076(0.006-0.146),P =0.012].Conclusion:Disease cognition could affect dietary compliance of elderly patients with hypertension through two mediating variables,namely learning willingness and doctor-patient trust,in which,sense of self-ef-ficacy might play a moderating role.关键词
