全固态Nd∶GdVO4四倍频228 nm深紫外激光器

摘要
Abstract
An all-solid-state Nd∶GdVO4 laser quadrupled 228 nm deep ultraviolet pulse output was got at room tempera-ture.In this paper,a 228 nm pulsed laser was produced by LD end-pumped Nd∶GdVO4 912 nm laser,acousto-optical Q-switching technology and LBO/BBO cascade frequency doubling.Then,the design of laser parameters was optimized by the-ory and experiment.Finally,228 nm deep ultraviolet laser with an average power of 14 mW was obtained when the LD pump power is 23.5 W and the repetition frequency is 10 kHz.The pulse width was 59 ns and the spot was elliptical.关键词
