Abstract
Xi Jinping's thought on the rule of law is the important part of Xi Jinping's socialism with Chinese characteristics,It's center and soul of the system of socialist rule of law with Chinese characteris-tics.Idea of rule of law with people-centered is be creative and leading that puts in a new value orientation to build rule of law State.We have made great progresses in legislation,enforcement,and judicial practice through the guide of Idea of rule of law with people-centered,and protected benefits of the people.At the same time,we have got good social effects.In the new times,We should keep up the great practice of whole-process people's democracy,keep up the legal founding effect standard to the satisfaction of the people,keep up the original intentional position to benefit the people and protect the people.关键词
