疫苗犹豫量表的汉化及在我国3～17岁儿童父母中的信效度检验
Reliability and validity of the Chinese version of the Vaccine Hesitancy Scale among parents with children aged 3-17 years in China

Abstract
Aim:To translate and revise the Vaccine Hesitancy Scale(VHS)and test its reliability and validity among parents with children aged 3-17 years in China.Methods:Based on the Brislin translation model,the VHS was translated,back-translated and revised,and the Chinese version of VHS was formed after cultural adjustment.Using stratified random sampling,2 641 parents with children aged3-17 years were surveyed by questionnaire.The critical ratio method,the Pear-son correlation analysis method and the internal consistency test were used for item analysis,the content validity index was used to evaluate the content validity of the scale,and the exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis were used to evaluate the structural validity of the scale.Cronbach's alpha coefficient and Guttman's halved coefficient were used to evaluate the reliability of the scale.Results:The Chinese version of VHS included two dimensions of lack of confidence and risk,with 7 and 3 items respectively.The results of item analysis showed that the critical ratio for each item was 17.337-48.897(P<0.001),and the correlation coefficient between each item's score and the total scale score was 0.770-0.916(P<0.001).Thecontent validity index of the scale was0.900,and each item ranged from0.830 to1.000.Exploratory factor analysis obtained 2 common factors,the cumulative variance explained 76.23%,and the loading value of each item on the common factor was0.740-0.922.Confirmatory factor analysis showed that the initial model fitting indicators were not ideal,and the revised model fit well(χ2/ν =2.529,RMSEA =0.034,GFI =0.989,CFI =0.996,AGFI =0.979,IFI = 0.996,TLI = 0.994).The overall Cronbach's α coefficient of the scale was 0.875,and the Cronbach's α coefficients of each dimension were 0.953(lack of confidence)and 0.744(risk);the Guttman's halved coefficient was 0.836.Conclu-sion:The Chinese version of the VHS has good reliability and validity,and can be used as a tool for evaluating the hesitation of children's vaccines by domestic parents.关键词
