Abstract
Objective To understand the health literacy level of residents in Gongshu District of Hangzhou in 2022 and analyze the influencing factors,so as to provide the scientific basis for improving the health literacy level of residents and carrying out targeted health education.Methods A total of 671 people were selected by stratified and multistage random sampling in Gongshu District,and a questionnaire survey was conducted.Results The health literacy level of the respondents was 43.78%.The health literacy level of people aged 25-34 years old was relatively high(64.52%);that of people with primary school or below was relatively low(2.7%);that of farmers and workers was low(7.14%and 9.76%respectively).The literacy level of three aspects from high to low were health knowledge and concept(56.68%),healthy lifestyle and behavior(42.70%),and basic health skills(36.71%).Among the six types of health problems,the literacy level of safety and first aid(70.20%)was higher.Age,education level and occupation were the main influencing factors of residents'health literacy level.Conclusion There is still room to improve the health literacy level of the residents in Gongshu District of Hangzhou.Older people,lower education level,farmers and workers are the key groups to improve health literacy.关键词
