上海市闵行区幼托机构近视防控策略分析
Analysis of Prevention and Control Strategies for Myopia of Preschools in Minhang District of Shanghai

Abstract
Objective To strengthen the prevention and control of myopia among children and adolescents in the new era,the prevention and control survey of myopia of Preschools in Minhang District were analyzed,so as to provide the reference for formulating targeted prevention and control measures.Methods By stratified cluster sampling,a questionnaire surrey was conducted among 216 nursing staff.Results The highest awareness rate of the respondents was 99.04%that Minhang District was a"national pilot area for prevention and control of myopia among children and adolescents".The implementation of"can do a good job in the registration and filing of the detection rate of poor eyesight"was the best,reaching 100.00%.Investigators participated in all kinds of myopia prevention and control activities at all levels(100.00%),and 80.38%of them were mainly concentrated at district level and kindergarten level.The proportion of the respondents who can organize myopia prevention and control publicity in the region in time was 97.13%,and 94.74%of them focus on"holiday publicity".The proportion of the respondents can carry out research and development activities such as organizing myopia prevention and control was 86.6%.Conclusion The prevention and control of myopia of preschools in Minhang District has formed an excellent regional environment and atmosphere,and a new model of"government-hospital-school-community-family-internet plus"has been constructed,which has achieved certain results.关键词
