Abstract
Rivets are widely used in aerospace,rail transit,bridge construction and other fields due to their excellent anti-loosening,anti-fatigue and anti-corrosion properties and strong environmental adaptability.In order to solve the fatigue problem of bolt connection in photovoltaic support,the axial fatigue performance of a new domestic rivet is studied to replace the ordinary bolt connection to improve the fatigue life of photovoltaic support.In this paper,the static test and fatigue test of LMY8 and LMY10 small-sized rivets and ordinary bolts of the same specification under axial load were carried out.The riveting process was simulated by using ABAQUS software,and the fatigue life of rivet was simulated by using FE-Safe software.The results show that the fatigue performance of rivet is better than that of ordinary bolt under the same conditions.The fatigue fracture of the rivet under axial load is located at the first ring thread of the sleeve ring and the locking ring groove,where the stress concentration is the main reason for the fatigue failure of the rivet.The fatigue life of rivet can increase with the increase of minimum load and decrease with the increase of maximum load.It can be seen from the fatigue contour diagram that when the rivet is subjected to axial cyclic load,a large stress will also be generated at the R-angle transition below the rivet head,and this area is also prone to fatigue failure.关键词
