Research on Performance Evaluation Mechanism of Garbage Treatment PPP Project During Operation Period
摘要
Abstract
As most PPP projects enter the implementation period,how to scientifically evaluate the implementation of PPP projects has become an urgent problem to be solved.The state and provincial departments have issued a series of PPP project performance management documents,requiring that the project must carry out regular performance evaluation.Considering the requirements of the garbage treatment industry on oper-ational services,this paper combines daily performance evaluation and annual performance evaluation to form a complete performance evalua-tion system.Starting from three aspects:project output,project effect and project management,this paper establishes a three-level perform-ance evaluation index system,and verifies the effectiveness of the performance evaluation mechanism through examples.关键词
