Abstract

Early rice and late rice were taken as test materials,the effects of intelligent irrigation and traditional flooding irrigation on rice yield index and crop water requirement were studied under the premise of rainfall forecast.The results showed that the intelligent irrigation mode could save irrigation water by 83.9 t/hm2 and 119.2 t/hm2 for early rice and late rice,and reduce drainage by 193.8 t/hm2 and 35.6 t/hm2.During frequent rainfall,the intelligent irrigation mode could fully meet water requirement of the key period,and during periods of water scarcity,it could appropriately reduce the crop water demand without affecting yield.The intelligent irrigation mode could also increase the theoretical yield of early rice and late rice by 284.52 kg/hm2 and 508.84 kg/hm2,respectively.In conclusion,in the process of rice planting,the intelligent irrigation mode considering rainfall forecasts can improve irrigation efficiency,optimize rice water requirement,reduce water consumption and environmental pollution,and achieve rice yield increase,which has significant environmental and economic benefits.
