光谱技术在果品无损检测中的应用研究进展
Research Progress in Application of Spectral Technology in Non-destructive Testing of Fruits
摘要
Abstract
The common methods of fruit non-destructive testing were introduced,including electronic nose method,X-ray computed tomography,mechanical method,magnetic resonance(nuclear magnetic resonance)imaging spectroscopy,Raman spectroscopy,near infrared spectroscopy,etc.The research progress of hyperspectral imaging technology in non-destructive testing of fruit structure,biochemical composition and safety was reviewed,in order to provide reference for non-destructive testing of fruit quality.关键词
