山东省低碳乡村发展水平评价及障碍因子分析
Evaluation and Obstacle Factor Analysis of Low-carbon Rural Development Level in Shandong Province

Abstract
From four subsystems of low-carbon production,low-carbon life,low-carbon economy and low-carbon environment,we constructed an evaluation index system of low-carbon rural development.The entropy weight TOPSIS method was used to measure and analyze the development level of low-carbon rural development level in Shandong Province from 2009 to 2021,and the obstacle degree model was constructed to analyze the obstacle factors.The results show that:(1)From 2009 to 2021,the low-carbon rural development in Shandong Province experienced three stages:Fluctuating development,steady development and rapid development.(2)The comprehensive closeness is lower than 0.4,and the overall development level is low.(3)After 2017,the main obstacles to the development of low-carbon rural areas in Shandong Province focus on low-carbon life and low-carbon economy.The comprehensive and objective evaluation of the low-carbon development level in Shandong Province can provide theoretical basis for exploring the status quo of low-carbon rural development and optimizing the development path of low-carbon rural development.关键词
