Abstract
In order to study the target ranging performance of a radar system without instantaneous broad-band signal synthesized by stepping frequency,this paper theoretically deduces the principle of stepped frequency sub-pulse string synthesizing broadband through de-chirp mode.Then,aiming at the defect of limited range accu-racy in conventional processing flow,the paper introduces M-Rife algorithm to design a new algorithm processing flow,and finally simulates the performance boundary of the algorithm flow.Theoretical analysis and simulation re-sults show that the algorithm with its processing flow optimized can significantly improve the ranging accuracy of targets without significantly increasing the computational complexity,thus having great value in engineering appli-cation.关键词
