摘要

Abstract

In order to solve the problem that the single frequency wireless monitoring terminal in the re-al-time monitoring and early warning system based on the Mesh technology is easy to be jammed by external in-terference and even cannot be used,a wideband RF power amplifier of 1.0-1.5 GHz is designed,which can be used in wireless monitoring.The broadband RF power amplifier is composed of a driving amplifier and a fi-nal-stage amplifier.When the performance of the RF power amplifier is tested by using single carrier continuous wave and 20 MHz 64 QAM broadband digital RF signal,the results are shown as follows:Gain>20 dB;fi-nal-stage amplifier output(P1dB)>43 dBm;radio frequency signal peak-to-average ratio(PAR)>6 dB;adjacent channel power ratio(ACPR)<-34 dBc@37 dBm;DC power consumption<40 W,and 2nd-4th harmonics<-50 dBc.The test results indicate that the broadband RF power amplifier meets the design requirements.
