Research Trends and Frontiers of Confucian Culture in the Field of Economic Management:Based on VOSviewer and CiteSpace Analysis

摘要
Abstract
As one of the most representative cultures in China,confucian culture has an important impact on the management activities of firms.In order to deeply study the research progress of confucian culture in the field of economic management,this study systematically searched the literature related to confucian culture in the web of science database,and constructed the knowledge map of the application of confucian culture in the field of economic management by using vosviewer and city space software.The results show that the application of confucian culture in the field of economic management has attracted the attention of more and more scholars.The relevant research is mainly based on"relationship"ethics,confucian virtues,Hofstede cultural analysis model and paternalistic leadership,and focuses on"corporate governance""corporate social responsibility""human resource management"and"cultural differences".In addition,the duration of each research hotspot is not long,no more than 3 years.Finally,this study summarizes the research deficiencies of confucian culture in the field of economic management,and puts forward the future research direction.关键词
