Research Hotspot and Frontier Trend of ESG:Visualization Analysis Based on CiteSpace

Abstract
In recent years,ESG with the concept of green development has gradually become the focus of theoretical circles.With CiteSpace software,this paper takes the Chinese literature in the ESG field in CNKI database from 2000 to 2022 as the research object,and uses co-word clustering to track the research results,hot spots,trends and research subjects in China's ESG field.The results show that:(1)The research field of ESG is in a stage of rapid development.The number of published documents showed an increasing trend from 2000 to 2022,and showed an explosive growth after 2019.(2)The academic cooperation in the field of ESG research is scattered at present,and most researchers have not formed close ties and are in the state of independent research.(3)Hot fields of ESG research in China in the past two decades include ESG information disclosure,ESG and green finance,investors,listed companies,investment concepts and green bonds,which generally reflect that ESG takes corporate information disclosure,investment and green finance as its core research content.(4)Future research focuses on ESG-oriented improvement of green finance system,establishment of green credit evaluation system,expansion of green finance comprehensive services,promotion of green development fund marketization,and promotion of ESG practice in China's green finance field.关键词
