蒙药赞丹-3汤改善AMI血管内皮功能的研究进展
Research Progress of Mongolian Medicine Zandan-3 Decoction on Improving Vascular Endothelial Function after AMI
摘要
Abstract
Zandan-3 decoction is a traditional preparation,it can be used to prevent and treat coronary heart disease,myocardial ischemia,angina pectoris,arrhythmia and other cardiovascular diseases.Acute myocardial infarc-tion(AMI)is a kind of acute comprehensive coronary artery disease in which blood vessel constriction,platelet and white blood cell adhesion,procoagulant dysfunction and thrombosis occurs on the basis of coronary artery stenosis,and eventually the blood vessels are blocked.This article reviews the research progress of the relationship between vascular endothelial function and AMI,and Zandan-3 decoction on improving the prognosis of AMI through regula-tion cardiovascular endothelial function,which provides reference for the clinical application of Zandan-3 decoction in the prevention and treatment of AMI.关键词
