Study on the Secondary Metabolites of Endophytic Fungus Irpex sp.from Euphorbia neriifolia L.

通过硅胶柱层析和半制备型高效液相色谱等分析方法对金刚纂(Euphorbia neriifolia L.)内生真菌Irpex sp.的液体发酵产物进行提取与分离,共得到 9 个化合物,分别为IrpexIacte C(1)、IrpexIacte D(2)、5-(4-Oxopentyl)furan-2-carbaldehyde(3)、22-tetraen-3-one(4)、Irlactin L(5)、Irlactin K(6)、Irlactin I(7)、Davotremulane B(8)、(+)-(1R,6S,7S)-Tremul-2-ene-12(11)-lactone(9),其中,3个为呋喃衍生物,5个为倍半萜化合物,1个为甾醇类化合物;化合物3,4,8,9 为首次从耙齿菌属Irpex sp.中分离得到.

Through analytical methods such as silica gel column chromatography and semi-preparative high performance liquid chromatography,the liquid fermentation products of the endophytic fungus Irpex sp.from Euphorbia neriifolia L.were extracted and separated,yielding nine compounds.These were identified as Irpexlacte C(1),Irpexlacte D(2),5-(4-Oxopentyl)furan-2-carbaldehyde(3),22-tetraen-3-one(4),Irlactin L(5),Irlactin K(6),Irlactin I(7),Davotremulane B(8),and(+)-(1R,6S,7S)-Tremul-2-ene-12(11)-lactone(9),among which three were furan derivatives,five were sesquiterpenes,and one was a sterol compound.Compounds 3,4,8,and 9 were isolated from the genus Irpex sp.for the first time.
