大豆DHQ-SDH基因家族生物信息学分析
Analysis of DHQ-SDH Gene Family Bioinformatics in Soybean

Abstract
The physical and chemical properties,chromosomal localization,gene structure,cis-acting elements,phylogenetic tree analysis,secondary structure prediction,tertiary structure modeling,conserved motif identification,and post-transcriptional regulation of 13 identified members within the soybean DHQ-SDH gene family were comprehensively investigated using bioinformatics methods.The results showed that 13 members of GmDHQ-SDH gene family were distributed on 5 chromosomes.The protein molecular weight of the 13 family members ranged from 44.36~62.98 kD,all of which were stable proteins,and most of them were hydrophobic proteins.The prediction results of secondary structure and tertiary structure showed that the 13 family members were mainly α-helix,followed by random coil,and their tertiary structure had high similarity.The conserved motif results showed that GmDHQ-SDHs were divided into four groups,each family member contains the DHQas_1 domain.The promoter region of DHQ-SDH gene family members in soybean contains light response elements,stress response elements,hormone response elements,growth and development regulation response elements.Among them,light response elements account for the highest proportion and can respond to low temperature,drought and anaerobic stress.关键词
