水疱型毛母质瘤1例
Bullous pilomatricoma:a case report
摘要
Abstract
A case of bullous pilomatricoma is reported.A 26-year-old man presented with a 7-year history of neoplasm on the right elbow flexor.Dermatological examination revealed a well de-marcated,elevated loose blister,sized 3.0 cm ×3.0 cm × 1.0 cm,on the right elbow flexor.The blister was intact with a hard nodule,about 1.5 cm × 1.0 cm × 0.3 cm in size,at its base.The nodule was in irregular shape with poor mobility,but without tenderness.Histopathology showed normal epidermis and a dermal tumor composed of basaloid cells and shadow cells.Lymphatic di-lation was evident.The tumor was completely removed by resection,and the wound healed well.There was no recurrence during the follow-up.关键词
