固有淋巴细胞3在皮肤创伤愈合中的作用研究进展OA
Research progress on innate lymphoid cells 3 in skin wound healing
皮肤创伤愈合是一个复杂的生理过程,包括凝血、炎症、增殖和重塑等阶段,固有免疫细胞参与期间信号因子的调控.固有淋巴细胞3(ILC3)作为固有免疫细胞的一员,因其独特的组织分布与来源,能够通过产生IL-17、IL-22和GM-CSF等多种细胞因子维持皮肤稳态,并通过促进角质形成细胞增殖和上皮细胞迁移,参与伤口组织重建.ILC3是伤口周围环境潜在信息整合者,其功能受到RA-RAR、FFAR2、维生素D受体、DR3、AhR等多种信号通路的调控.目前大量研究提示ILC3在皮肤创伤愈合中具有重要意义,因此有望成为皮肤创伤愈合过程中的重要治疗靶点.本文总结ILC3的起源、组织分布、功能及其信号受体,并就近年来国内外ILC3在皮肤创伤愈合中的作用作一综述.
The skin wound healing is a complex physiological process involving coagulation,inflammation,proliferation,and remodeling.Innate immune cells play a crucial role in regulating signaling factors during skin wound healing.Due to their unique tissue distribution and origin,in-nate lymphoid cells 3(ILC3),a member of innate immune cells,have the potential to regulate the wound healing process.They can secrete multiple cytokines,such as IL-17,IL-22,and GM-CSF,to maintain skin homeostasis,promote keratinocyte proliferation and epithelial cell migra-tion,and participate in wound tissue reconstruction.The function of ILC3 is regulated by various signaling pathways,including RA-RAR,FFAR2,vitamin D receptor,DR3,and AhR,making them potential integrators of microenvironment around the wound.Numerous studies suggest the importance of ILC3 in skin wound healing,making them a potential therapeutic target in wound healing.This article comprehensively reviews the origin,tissue distribution,function,and signa-ling receptors of ILC3 and summarizes recent advances in the study of ILC3 in skin wound heal-ing.
