不同品种脐橙根际土丛枝菌根真菌群落多样性分析
Analysis of AM fungal community diversities in rhizospheric soil of different navel orange varieties

Abstract
The community structures and diversities of arbuscular mycorrhizal(AM)fungi in rhizospheric soil of three navel orange varieties(Citrus sinensis Osbeck cv.GannanZao,Citrus sinensis Osbeck cv.Cara and Citrus sinensis Osbeck cv.Ne-whall)were investigated and compared with Illumina MiSeq high-throughput sequencing technology.The results show that navel orange varieties significantly affected the community α diversity of AM fungi in the rhizospheric soil rather than AM fungal community structure.The OTUs number and the ACE index in rhizospheric soil of navel orange Newhall were signifi-cantly lower than those in rhizospheric soil of navel orange Gannan Zao and Cara(P<0.05).Among the genera,the rela-tive abundance of Paraglomus in rhizospheric soil of navel orange Gannan Zao was significantly higher than that in rhizos-pheric soil of navel orange Newhall and Cara(P<0.05).Redundancy analysis(RDA)shows that alkali-hydrolyzale nitro-gen significantly affected the community α diversity of AM fungi in rhizospheric soil of navel orange(F =7.8,P =0.034),while available potassium significantly affected AM fungal community structure(F =2.7,P =0.008).关键词
