小尺寸Mn4+掺杂氟化物制备方法的研究进展
Research progress in preparation of small-sized Mn4+-doped fluoride
摘要
Abstract
Mn4+-doped fluoride fluorescent materials have numerous advantages,including non-toxicity,blue light excita-tion,ultra-narrow emission spectral bands,high luminous efficacy,emission wavelengths compliant with the Rec.2020 stand-ard,no re-absorption,and excellent thermal stability.These features make it an ideal red light medium material for next-gen-eration Mini-/Micro-LED display technology.However,in order to be applied in Mini-/Micro-LEDs,small-sized fluoride is required.Therefore,in this paper,the current research status of small-size Mn4+-doped fluorides at home and abroad is dis-cussed from the preparation method.On this basis,it summarizes and puts forward the current key problems faced by small-size Mn4+-doped fluorides,aiming to provide a useful reference for the development of efficient and high-quality small-size Mn4+-doped fluorides.关键词
