Abstract
Catering industry is an important part of urban service industry.Research on the spatial characteristics and influence mechanism of catering industry is beneficial from urban planning and construction.This paper takes the central area of Chengdu as the research area.Based on POI data and using ArcGIS software,the spatial analysis methods such as kernel density analysis,spatial autocorrelation,standard deviation ellipse and multiple linear regression model are applied to analyze the spatial distribution characteristics and influencing factors of location selection of the catering industry.The results show that:The development of the catering industry in the central area of Chengdu presents a multi-hierarchical structure and unbalanced spatial pattern,which is similar to the urban development pattern.All kinds of urban space will have different degrees of positive influence on the spatial agglomeration of catering industry,in which the impact of urban public service and commercial service space on the location choice of catering industry is the most obvious.关键词
