基于风险视角的危险品仓储事故应急物资配置优化
Optimization of emergency respouse material allocation for hazardous material storage accidents from risk perspective
摘要
Abstract
The optimization of emergency response material allocation for hazardous material storage accidents is studied from the risk perspective.A risk measurement method for hazardous materials under emergency waiting was proposed,and an optimization model for emergency response material allocation in hazardous material storage accidents was established with the goal of minimizing total cost and total risk.The NSGA-Ⅱ algorithm was applied to solve the model,and the effectiveness of the method and model was verified through numerical examples.The calculation results of the example show that com-pared to the emergency material response allocation model that considers the minimum latest emergency time or the mini-mum total emergency time,the recommended solution obtained from this model can effectively reduce the total cost and risk.关键词
