摘要
Abstract
Based on the needs of urban emergency disposal,emergency traffic planning is a new planning concept and a special planning designed to co-ordinate road network,facility layout and resource allocation from the point of view of accessibility and reliability of emergency traffic organization.Its research object is various,the kind is complex,the foundation is weak.At present,there is no unified planning method,standard and norm.Taking Changshou economic development area as the object,this paper carries out research from the point of view of emergency rescue and evacuation,and constructs a three-level emergency road system,which is an exploration of emergency traffic planning in chemical park,and can provide experience reference for similar planning.关键词
