变压器油在线检测与故障预警系统实验装置设计

Abstract
Power transformer plays a core role in the power grid,but the current maintenance mode is blindly mandatory and often consumes a lot of manpower and material resources.In order to solve this problem,through the research and development of the experimental device of transformer oil on-line detection and fault early warning system,the predictive maintenance mode of all repair is established to realize the function of real-time monitoring and fault analysis and early warning of transformer on-line operation.The basic data of transformer oil are collected in parallel and real-time by FreeRTOS,and the data are processed by Python's Pytorch deep learning model,which can indirectly monitor the running state of transformer through transformer oil,report real-time data and early warning information,reduce the probability of accidents caused by faults,save manpower and material resources for transformer maintenance,and speed up the construction process of intelligent power grid in our country.关键词
