外周血单个核细胞miR-221表达对老年腹腔镜全麻手术患者术后认知功能预测价值
Predictive value of miR-221 expression in peripheral blood mononuclear cells for postoperative cognitive function in elderly patients undergoing laparoscopic general anesthesia
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the predictive value of microRNA(miR)-221 expression in peripheral blood mononuclear cells for postoperative cognitive function in elderly patients undergoing laparoscopic general anesthe-sia.Methods:A total of 93 elderly patients undergoing laparoscopic general anesthesia surgery in Hengshui Fourth People's Hospital from January 2021 to January 2022 as research subjects, divided disabled group(n=32)and no disabled group(n=61)the barrier-free group according cognitive dysfunction after operation. The MoCA score,miR-221 expression,NSE and S100b protein expressions compared disabled group and no disabled group;ROC curve analyze the predictive value of miR-221 for cognitive impairment;Pearson analyze miR-221 and MoCA score,NSE and S100b protein express correlation. Results:Disabled group MoCA score, relative expression of miR-221,serum NSE and S100b protein levels higher no disabled group(P<0.05).The ROC curve analysis miR-221 had a sensitivity of 87.5%and a specificity of 98.4%for the prediction of cognitive impairment.Pearson analy-sis relative expression of miR-221 linearly negatively correlated with MoCA score, and positively correlated with NSE and S100b protein levels(P<0.05).Conclusion:Elderly patients with laparoscopic general anesthesia expres-sion of miR-221 in patients with postoperative cognitive dysfunction is significantly increased, used as an indicator to predict postoperative cognitive dysfunction.关键词
