Abstract
Objective:To investigate the relationship between pulmonary ultrasonography and inflammatory factors in pa-tients with pulmonary infection.Methods:100 patients with pulmonary infection from the Third People's Hospital of Lang-fang City from April 2022 to April 2023 were selected as the study objects.All patients were examined by pulmonary ul-trasound and the levels of inflammatory factors were collected.Results:Among them,30 cases were 18～35 years old,30 cases were 36～60 years old,and 40 cases were over 60 years old.There were 70 survivors and 30 deaths.The levels of C-reactive protein(CRP),procalcitonin(PCT),interleukin-6(IL-6)and brain natriuretic peptide(BNP)in patients with different pulmonary ultrasound scores were significantly different(P<0.05).There were significant differences in CRP,PCT,IL-6 and BNP levels among different age groups(P<0.05).The levels of CRP,PCT,IL-6 and BNP in dead patients were higher than those in survivors(P<0.05).Conclusion:Pulmonary ultrasonography was used to evaluate the condition of patients with pulmonary infection,and it was found that the more serious the condition of patients,the higher the level of inflammatory factors,indicating that pulmonary ultrasonography is necessary to evaluate the prognosis of patients.关键词
