Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of multidisciplinary teamwork nursing on the psychological state and re-habilitation of elderly patients with coronary heart disease.How:A total of 104 elderly patients with coronary heart disease who received interventional treatment in Daxing District People's Hospital of Beijing from November 2021 to November 2022 were selected and divided into two groups according to random number table method.The control group was given routine nursing,while the observation group was given multidisciplinary teamwork nursing.HA-MA and SDS were used to compare the psychological state,6MWD rehabilitation effect and satisfaction of the two groups.Results:HAMA score of observation group was(27.52±2.17)lower than that of control group(39.23±2.62),SDS score was(32.63±3.15)lower than that of control group(45.64±3.27)(P<0.05).The 6MWD of the observation group was(295.72±20.28)higher than that of the control group(256.75±17.16).The incidence of adverse events was(2/3.8)lower than that of control group(6/11.5),LVEF level was(47.51±5.93)higher than that of control group(43.87±6.02),LVEDd was(44.45±4.75)lower than that of control group(50.75±5.36),LVESd was(41.60±6).21)higher than that of control group(34.64±6.12)(P<0.05);The satisfac-tion of the observation group was(50/96.2)higher than that of the control group(44/84.6)(P<0.05).The quality of life in the observation group was better,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Con-clusion:Multidisciplinary teamwork nursing is more effective in the interventional treatment of coronary heart dis-ease,improving cardiac function indicators,regulating psychological state,effectively improving satisfaction and exercise ability,and ultimately improving the overall quality of life,which should be promoted and applied.关键词
