Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effects of huperzine A on the level of CDR and serum E2 in patients with se-nile vascular dementia.Methods:104 patients with senile vascular dementia in our hospital from December 2020 to December 2022 were selected and divided into two groups.The control group was treated with vinpocetine,while the study group was treated with huperzine A.Results:The treatment effect of the study group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The clinical hemorheology index of the study group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The level of serum E2 and the latency and amplitude of P300 in the study group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05);The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Huperzine A in the treatment of senile vascular de-mentia can effectively improve dementia symptoms,restore cognitive function,regulate serum E2 level,and im-prove hemorheology indexes,so as to effectively improve the ability of daily life,and should be popularized.关键词
