Abstract
Objective:To explore the application effect of the full process management model in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis patients with biological agents.Method:A quasi experimental study design method was adopt-ed,with 48 patients from August 2021 to April 2022 as the control group and 46 patients from April 2022 to De-cember 2022 as the experimental group.Observe the compliance of two groups of patients with biologic therapy and their satisfaction.Result:The experimental group had a significantly better proportion of patient treatment cover-age days than the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05);In the patient satisfaction sur-vey,the satisfaction rate of the experimental group patients with nurse reception speed,nurse health education con-tent and ability was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically signifi-cant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant satisfaction rate in nurse attitude and nurse skills(P>0.05).Quality of life before intervention(P>0.05),and after intervention,the experimental group had a higher quality of life score(P<0.05).Before intervention,the level of hope and sleep quality(P>0.05)were observed.After intervention,the experimental group had a higher HHI score and a lower PSQI score(P<0.05).The psy-chological state before intervention(P>0.05),and after intervention,the HAMA and HAMD scores of the exper-imental group were lower(P<0.05).Conclusion:Full process management can improve the compliance of rheu-matoid arthritis patients with biologic therapy,optimize treatment outcomes,facilitate standardized management of patients,ensure medication safety,and enhance patient satisfaction with medical treatment.关键词
