妊娠期糖尿病孕妇胎儿围生期不良结局的危险因素分析
Analysis of risk factors of adverse perinatal outcomes in gestational diabetes mellitus patients

Abstract
Objective:To explore the ultrasound index and perinatal adverse outcome of pregnant women with gestational di-abetes mellitus,and to analyze the risk factors of perinatal adverse outcome.Methods:57 pregnant women with gestational diabetes who were treated in Mengcun Hui Autonomous County Hospital from January,2021 to September,2023 were prospectively selected as the research object,and 52 healthy pregnant women were selected as the healthy control group in the same period.The ultrasonic indexes and perinatal adverse outcomes of the two groups were compared and observed,and the risk factors affecting perinatal adverse outcomes of pregnant women with gestational diabetes were analyzed by lo-gistics regression.Results:The Myocardial performance index(MPI)of pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus was significantly higher than that of healthy controls(P<0.05).The incidence of perinatal adverse outcomes in gestational diabetes mellitus group was significantly higher than that in healthy control group(P<0.05).Multivariate Logistic regres-sion analysis showed that MPI of fetus(OR= 377.026)was an independent risk factor for perinatal adverse outcome of pregnant women with gestational diabetes(P<0.05).Conclusion:Fetal cardiac abnormalities in gestational diabetes melli-tus may be related to perinatal adverse outcomes,among which MPI is an independent risk factor affecting perinatal ad-verse outcomes of gestational diabetes mellitus.关键词
