益气活血养阴汤辅助治疗糖尿病视网膜病变疗效及对外周血单个核细胞Keap1-Nrf2/ARE通路的影响
Effect of Yiqi Huoxue Yangyin Decoction on diabetes retinopathy and its influence on Keap1-Nrf2/ARE pathway of peripheral blood mononuclear cells

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the efficacy of Yiqi Huoxue Yangyin Decoction in the adjuvant treatment of dia-betes retinopathy(DR)and its effect on the Kelch like ECH related protein(Keap1)-transcription factor nuclear factor erythrocyte 2 related factor 2(Nrf2)/antioxidant response element(ARE)pathway of peripheral blood mononuclear cells.Methods:120 DR patients in our hospital from July 2022 to July 2023 divided observation group and control group,each 60 patients.The control group received oral administration of calcium hydroxybenzenesul-fonate dispersible tablets,while the observation group received oral administration of Yiqi Huoxue Yangyin Decoc-tion basis of control group.Two treatment cycles of 12 weeks.Calculate the total effective rate of two treatment groups.Compare the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores,macular fovea thickness and visual acuity,fun-dus lesions,and Keap1 and Nrf2 protein expression between two groups.Results:The observation group effective higher control group(P<0.05).After treatment,two groups of DR patients scores of blurred vision and dry eyes decreased compared before treatment(P<0.05);observation group of DR patients scores of blurred vision and dry eyes lower control group(P<0.05).After treatment,two groups of DR patients thickness of the macular fovea decreased compared before treatment,while their vision increased compared before treatment(P<0.05);observa-tion group macular fovea thickness of DR patients lower control group,while their visual acuity higher control group(P<0.05).After treatment,two groups of DR patients area of bleeding spots,grayscale values of visual field,and volume of vascular tumors decreased compared before treatment(P<0.05);observation group bleeding spot area,visual field grayscale value,and vascular tumor volume of DR patients lower control group(P<0.05).After treatment,two groups of DR patients grayscale of Keap1 protein decreased compared before treatment,while the grayscale value of Nrf2 protein increased compared before treatment(P<0.05);observation group of DR pa-tients Keap1 protein grayscale lower control group,while the Nrf2 protein grayscale value higher control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Yiqi Huoxue Yangyin Decoction has a good therapeutic effect in assisting the treatment of DR patients,and its mechanism may be related to the regulation of the Keap1-Nrf2/ARE pathway in peripheral blood mononuclear cells.关键词
