祛瘀明目汤联合羟苯磺酸钙对糖尿病视网膜病变患者疗效及血清VEGF和FGF21水平影响
Effect of Quyu Mingmu Decoction combined with calcium dobesilate on serum VEGF and FGF21 levels in patients with diabetes retinopathy

Abstract
Objective:To explore the therapeutic effect of Quyu Mingmu Decoction combined with calcium dobesilate on diabetes retinopathy(DR)and the influence of serum vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)and fibroblast growth factor 21(FGF21)levels.Methods:108 DR patients admitted to our hospital from September 2021 to Sep-tember 2023 divided treatment group(n=54)and a control group(n=54).The control group was treated with calcium hydroxybenzenesulfonate dispersible tablets,while the treatment group received Quyu Mingmu Decoction basis of control group.The treatment course for two groups is 3 months.Compare the therapeutic effects of two groups,including the average degree of visual and field defects,retinal lesions,retinal hemodynamics,VEGF and FGF21 levels of before and after treatment,and adverse reactions.Results:The treatment group effective rate of DR patients higher control group(P<0.05).After treatment,two groups visual acuity of DR patients higher be-fore treatment,while the average degree of visual field defect lower before treatment(P<0.05);treatment group visual acuity of DR patients higher control group,while the average degree of visual field defect lower control group(P<0.05).After treatment,two groups bleeding spot area,hemangioma,and macular thickness of DR patients lower before treatment(P<0.05);treatment group bleeding spot area,hemangioma,and macular thickness of DR patients lower control group(P<0.05).After treatment,two groups PSV of DR patients higher before treatment,while the RI lower before treatment(P<0.05);treatment group PSV of DR patients higher control group,while the RI lower control group(P<0.05).After treatment,two groups serum levels of VEGF and FGF21 in DR pa-tients lower before treatment(P<0.05);treatment group serum levels of VEGF and FGF21 in DR patients low-er control group(P<0.05).The treatment group adverse reactions less control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of Quyu Mingmu Decoction and calcium hydroxybenzenesulfonate has a significant therapeutic effect on DR patients,and can reduce serum VEGF and FGF21 levels,which is worthy of clinical reference.关键词
