Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of active training based on the concept of accelerated rehabilitation surgery in pa-tients with morbid-obesity after laparoscopic sleeve gastrectomy.Methods:80 morbidly obese patients who underwent laparoscopic sleeve gastrectomy in Xiaolan People's Hospital of Zhongshan City from June 2021 to June 2023 were selected as the study objects.Patients were divided into control group(n=40,given routine surgical procedures and postoperative intervention and observation group)and observation group(n=40,active training based on ERAS concept was added to the control group)by random number table method.The recovery of various gastrointestinal functions,length of stay and pain scores of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results:The data showed that the intestinal peristalsis recovery time,first exhaust time,first defecation time,first feeding time and overall hospital stay in observation group were shorter than those in control group(P<0.05).The score of numerical scoring method was lower than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Pathological obese patients are prone to gastrointestinal dysfunction after laparoscopic sleeve gastrecto-my.Active training based on ERAS concept can improve the therapeutic effect,promote the recovery of patients,reduce the degree of pain,and shorten the length of hospital stay of patients,with significant significance.关键词
