摘要
Abstract
T-2 toxin is a type A trichothecene mycotoxin with highly toxic effects and difficulty in degradation.It poses a serious threat to the safety of humans and animals.Currently,methods for detoxifying T-2 toxin include physical adsorption,chemical reagent neutralization,microbial decomposition,etc.However,the molecular mechanism of toxic reactions caused by T-2 toxin is not yet clear,and it may involve multiple aspects such as mitochondrial damage,cellular autophagy,immune evasion,and cell apoptosis.Therefore,the article primarily explores the molecular mechanism of the toxic effects of T-2 toxin and the research progress on T-2 toxin detoxification,providing a reference for the in-depth study of T-2 toxin.关键词
