Abstract
Objective:To explore and compare the changes of mood and eating behavior of patients before and after Bariatric metabolic surgery.Methods:Forty-five obese patients who underwent Bariatric and metabolic surgery in Xiaolan People's Hospital of Zhongshan City from June 2020 to February 2023 were selected as the study objects.The scores of anxiety,depression,satisfaction and three-factor diet questionnaire were compared before and after surgery.Results:The proportion of patients without anxiety and depression before surgery was lower than that after surgery,and the proportion of patients with moderate and severe anxiety and depression before surgery was higher than that after surgery(P<0.05).The total satisfaction before surgery[82.22%(37/45)]was lower than that after surgery[97.78%(44/45)](χ2=6.049,P=0.014).The score of the three-factor dietary questionnaire before sur-gery[(43.56±12.21)]was higher than that after surgery[(37.67±10.55)](tpaired=2.449,P=0.016).Conclu-sion:The implementation of weight loss metabolic surgery in obese patients is conducive to improving patients'bad mood,regulating their behavior and diet,and has positive significance in improving patients'satisfaction.There-fore,more attention should be paid to the clinical implementation of this surgery.关键词
